Who we are

We’re Shannon, June, and Heather: three women who understand the power and possibility of podcast-plus-business. We also know how hard it can be to get up and running and then break through the noise.

Now let us ask you this: What’s your story?

We started Audiotocracy in order to help others tell their story, whether personal or professional. We all know the effectiveness of story, and if you don’t, wait 30 seconds, and a marketing professional will happen along to explain it to you.

But not all storytelling platforms are created equal.

Podcasts are an amazing way to tell your story. They’re intimate, as you take up space in someone’s head, quite literally, in the era of the earbuds.

They’re convenient. It’s the perfect commute companion — you don’t have to look at anything, you don’t have to mess with dials or buttons while driving or relaxing, just fire it up and listen along as you travel.

They’re everywhere. Fifty percent of homes in the US listen to podcasts; 68 million Americans listen to podcasts weekly. Listeners are of every age, 41 percent of them have a household income of $75K or more, 25 percent of listeners have a 4-year college degree, and 51 percent of them are employed full time.

Chances are, your customers and potential customers listen to podcasts. And if they’re looking for a product or service you provide, your podcast is a great way for them to find you. And learn to trust in your expertise.

Who cares who WE are? We’re podcast producers and storytellers and marketers. We’re the ones who’ll help you tell the world who YOU are.

Philosophy

We're all just one story away from our next breakthrough, our next laugh, our next cry, our next action. Because stories beget change and action, we want to help you make your next story count.

Vision

To provide platforms for businesses and people to share their knowledge and expertise. We help you connect with your audiences on a new and more intimate level. Podcasts are a great leveler of playing fields: cost-effective, global, compelling.

Policy

While we embrace a diversity of voices and stories, we reserve the right to forego working with anyone whose story discriminates against others based on certain personal characteristics, such as race, ethnicity, sex, age, sexual orientation and gender identity, among others, or who promotes violence.

With a background in theater directing in Chicago, New York, and Miami, and a long and varied acting history, June knows how to pull the very best performance out of even the most reluctant and shy. She’ll get your Subject Matter Experts “interview ready.”
